Monday:
Aerobics I did rythm boxing, advanced: 702 pts
Just came back from the gym where I did 2 sets of lunges with 12 lbs weights... so not doing it again on the Wii XD
Obstacle course: tried it many times, kept falling, became REALLY frustrated, and at some point I jumped so they made me begin at the beginning... F it, I'm done :) when I'm not having fun anymore...

My wrist and thumb are very sore from working so many hours last week so will not be doing the Arm & Leg lift until they are feeling better.

I twisted my knee no WII Fit Plus for me today. I'm betting tomorrow will be better. I sit with an ice pack on my knee now I'm using an impulse thing that massage it with electronic impulses.

Challenge: May 6-12 Mother's Day Prep

It is one week until we celebrate Mother's Day. Let's make the most of it by getting a little stronger each day with this week's challenge, which is designed to put a little extra variety into our routines.

Each day, do an aerobic of your choice: Hula, boxing, step, run or cycling. In addition, do the exercises designated below for the day. I used the initials from "Moms Day" to select the activities.

* M (Sun) = Mother, may I rest today? Yes. Take today as a day of rest and make some plans for Mother's Day. Whether you will spend it with family, friends, or alone, why not plan a little pampering for yourself. If you plan to workout anyway, put in some extra cardio for your heart health.
* O (Mon) = Oh-my-aching-thighs Lunges & Obstacle Course
* M (Tue) = Marbles (aka Table Tilt) & Moon (Half-Moon that is)
* S (Wed) = Single Leg Extension & Sun Salutation
* D (Thu) = Deep Breathing & Driving Range
* A (Fri) = Arm & Leg Lift & Arena (Skateboard)
* Y (Sat) = Your choice, pick one or two of your favorites to supplement your routine

I hope you enjoy putting a little variety into your routine this week.
