Even if you don't celebrate Easter, I hope you join us for a little Easter Wii fun. We'll use a new letter each day this week to inspire our exercise and spell out Easter. Here's the plan:

Sun - E:
- (Single Leg) Extension
- Expert level Rhythm Boxing

Mon - A:
- Advanced Step
- (Skateboard) Arena

Tue - S:
- Super Hula
- Sun Salutation
- Snowball Fight

Wed - T:
- Triangle
- (Palm) Tree
- Torso Twist
- Triceps Extension
- Table Tilt
- Tightrope Walk

Thu - E:
- (Single Leg) Extension
- Expert level Rhythm Boxing

Fri = R:
- Rowing Squat
- (Basic or Free) Run - you pick the level

Sat - Wii:
- Do at least 15 minutes of your favorite Wii Fit exercises today


Remember if you cannot safely do any of the challenge exercises, please just pick an alternative. Likewise, if you have the original Wii Fit, pick a substitute for any Wii Fit Plus exercises that are included above. The important thing is to keep moving and challenging yourself. Enjoy & good luck!
