Well I didn't manage to do Wii Sports EVERY day . emoticon ... and I'm doing my best not to beat myself up over that ... after all I am still recovering from Cancer and re-learning to walk ... but still ... in my MIND I can do anything emoticon ... so it's often hard when my BODY doesn't quite agree yet.

Well this is another week ... and my goal is to add one more day to the 3 that I did last week. I guess right now I have to be content with "tortoise-ing" my way forward ... emoticon

I'm in! Started late due to my balance board breaking and just got a new one. TOday I did the Sunday task, 15 minutes of Yoga. I also did 20 minutes of strength training and aerobics combined. I'm not sure how specific I need to be on which exercises I did. Tomorrow I'll try to remember to jot them down so I don't forget what I did. I also threw in 10 minutes of balance games just for fun. 42 minutes total Wii Fit time.

CHALLENGE Apr 1 - 7 April Fools!

Hello Team!

I thought for April Fools' Day (or week as it often is with my family), I would start off by telling you that this week's challenge requires you to do a 30 min free run, Expert Boxing, 30 min free cycle, and 100 pushups each day. And then update it later with a little "April Fools" note. Hehehe. Insert evil grin here.

But, then I was afraid that I would scare you off before you got to the April Fools message. So, now that I've had my little fun, here is the real challenge for this week.

Sun: Warm up for the week by getting in some good stretch and balance work by doing 15 minutes of the yoga poses of your choice.

Mon - Fri: It's time again for you to pick whatever Wii Fit workout that you want to do each day. The only stipulation is that you must work out for at least 20 minutes and the balance games do not count for this. So pick your favorites or pick something that you've been wanting to work/improve on, whatever you prefer.

Sat: Back to 15 minutes of yoga to stretch and relax and wind down from your busy week.

I wish you all the very best with meeting or exceeding the challenge requirements.

Let us know in this thread what you decide to do. You never know when your workout might be what inspires and sparks someone else to do even more in their own routine.
