I didn't log on yesterday or do the Wii Fit Challenge. Yesterday was the New Years Day 5K, which I did in 52 minutes.

Today I started with EA Active more workouts, 6 week challenge workout. Then I did:

Hi YEAHBUDDY - AMANDA_82 is correct; the Wii Fit/Plus does not give you a detailed review section where you can see individual scores. It has summary for how many minutes & calories you burned each day, and in the graphs you can see this info for all previous days as well (along with your history of weight and Wii Age).

I usually write the scores down as I go along. I like seeing the scores & how I've done in each challenge. But, if you would rather not take time to write them all down, I hope you still participate in the challenge. Just post that you did them and don't worry about the scores if you really don't want to do that. It's fun to see scores; but the important thing really is to do the exercises.

I hope you decide to work out with us.

I just joined this team today so will only have 2 days to participate in this challenge but I have a question. How do you all keep track of the exercise/time you do? Do you stop your workout and write everything down? It's gotta be hard to remember it all, or is there a review section in the game you can go to when you're done?

well i just found this post and i have already done my wii fit plus. i did the hula hoop x2 282 spins, advance step x3 511 points, the bike run 2.5 miles. march rythim (sp) i forget the points on that one.

CHALLENGE #76: Dec 27-Jan 2 Keeping Life Balance

Since this week straddles both 2009 and 2010, I think about keeping things in balance. Almost all things are best when in balance I think... this can apply to what we eat, how we exercise, how we balance our work & personal lives, balance our time between family and friends, and many other things in our daily lives. This week's challenge therefore concentrates on increasing our physical balance.

Each day, pick 3 of the following exercises (you can do the same ones each day or mix it up) and play 2 rounds each (at highest level you have unlocked)of:

- Table Tilt (original or Plus version):
- Balance Bubble (orig or Plus):
- Penguin Slide:
- Yoga Tree Pose:
- Dance Pose:
- Big Top Juggling (on Plus):
- Skateboard Arena (on Plus):

We must also get in some cardio, so do the aerobics exercise of your choice to round out your workout each day.

Please note that the challenge includes both original Wii Fit & Plus version games so that everyone can participate; you do not have to have the Plus version for the challenge.

Let us know how you do throughout the week. Will your scores show that you are more balanced at week's end than where you started?
