I will be taking the next week off, but I'll try to get some walking in. Have a funeral today and leaving for Florida tomorrow to celebrate Mom's 80th birthday. Since we are driving there will be no chance to Wii Fit until I get home. Wii for me so I don't gain during this time off. I'll miss your posts.

I wasn't able to get in but a few minutes of Wii Fit Wed so will vow to double up on Thurs. I did get in strength training and 30 mins elliptical though so I wasn't a complete slug. :-)

I was having a bad day today and needed to get some aggression out, so I ditched my wiifit for the night and did a total of 60 minutes of turbo jam instead. All that kicking, punching and grunting is a great stress reliever.

Keep up the good work on the wii workouts!!

Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone would understand if you fell apart- that's TRUE strength.
