Have those too and my son's ex-girlfriend's dog goes after them but leaves a big hole.

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.
Charles Stanley

Pin wheels and whirly gigs (those moving cutouts with a propeller on a pole) both help to send moles out of an area.
There are also devices call Mole Chasers. They come in either battery powered or solar powered models that emit a buzzing sound ever few minutes.

All of these work on the same principle, that the moles do not like the vibrations that are transmitted through the ground and so go elsewhere the neighbors yards. They all have a limited range, 25-50 feet usually. So to get them out of your yard you may need several of which ever device you decide to use.

Go to the dollar store and get the big pinwheels and put them around your yard---the vibration from them drive the moles away from your yard. And the pinwheels look pretty!

I've been told that moles are not a problem, they eat worms and bugs and aerate the soil. Gophers are what I have and they eat roots & plants... Grrr, I hate gophers!!!

If our black lab was younger I would send her to you for a bit lol. She would even dig for them in the farm fields that surround us. She would get them every time. Too old to dig now. To really answer your question, I don't have a clue....

Ok we have a significant mole issue in our backyard....and it is under our garden bed and the surrounding area. So my question is how will this impact my garden later in the season and if it is gonna be a problem, how do I get rid of them? I dont normally grow any root veggies.
