Food. I opted out on this one as I didn't want to push my luck.

Exercise: strength training.
Upper: bent over rows/ band 3x12
Core:low mount hip flexor/bands 3x12
Lower:forward lunge. 1x12 then 4x6 these were killer on my knees. Won't do these again.

Food Onions, two servings of strawberries, banana, and two cleimintines.

Exercise: ZERO company showed and my good intention didn't happen

Day 3

Food. I tried eating fresh dates.... Not in a date square ha ha and it was good. Sweeter than I expected.

Exercise: strength training.
Lower single leg squats with chair 1x12 and 4x6 these were killer. Probably won't do these again.
Core: Balancing hip flexion 3x12
Upper single arm dumbbell biceps curls. 3x12

Positive quote from a friend.

Food 1 cup strawberries, small baked potato...fail that one!

Food clementine, 1 cup strawberries, banana, baked potatoes

Exercise - walked 26 minutes lol imagine couldn't get the last 4. But I walked before work so I got my 10,000 + steps!!

Positive quote - every moment is a fresh beginning...even after a bag of chips!!

Food: I recently started eating regular hummus so I tried a new one tonight. Roasted red pepper hummus and it's actually pretty good.

Exercise: strength training.

Lower: calf raises 3x12
Core:reverse crunch 3x12
Upper: seated row/ bands 3x12

Food - 1/2 cup raspberries, 1 cup strawberries, 1 clementine, 1 small banana, 1.5 cup broccoli

Exercise - 55 minutes

Positive quote - No matter how slow you go..you are still lapping everyone on the couch!

Anybody else going to join Sam and I??

Food:
So this morning I tried my new first thing ( which is where I got my idea)
I tried almond butter on my toast and I have to say, I'm not a fan. I love almonds and I love the flavour of almonds but the butter. Not so much!!

Exercise:strength training
Upper: modified push-ups 3x12
Core:seated knee lifts 3x12
Lower: squats 3x12

Positive thinking: this one touch my heart

Food: I will try something new everyday. Food/ spice/ salad/ veggie/fruit

Exercise: I will pick one strength training to do each day. 3x12 upper, core, lower

Positive thinking- I will share something from each of my spark friends that helped motivate me on this journey. ( I will not share who it was though)
