Day 3 - H2O, tracking, and 10 minutes of exercise!

Actually I did 30 minutes on the treadmill...got Week 3 day 2 of the C25K done!

Back to the basics after a great long weekend!! Post for accountability!!

Day 1 - Monday
Drink 8 cups of water

Day 2 - Tuesday
Day 1 + log all calorie intake

Day 3 - Wednesday
Day 1-2 + at least 10 minutes of exercise

Day 4 - Thursday
Day 1-2 + at least four strength training exercises

Day 5 - Friday
Day 1-2 + 30 minutes of exercise
