Bicep curls with band
Seated rows with band
Bend over rows with band

Pendulum
Lying abduction with band
Crunches with band

Reverse Crunches with band
Stand up hip abduction
Single leg abduction with band

Ok ladies here it goes

I did 3 reps of ten for each of these

Upper body:
modified/ modified push-ups( I did it on the wall due to shoulder injury)
seated rows with bands
low mount reverse flys with band

Core:
balancing hip flexion
reverse crunch
standing side bend with band

Lower:
squats
seated leg extensions
step ups

Strength training. How many of us are struggling to get this in our exercise routines? I know I am!! There are lots of ways to strength train. You can use weights, resistance bands, or even your own body weight! The fitness library here on SP is great for picking up and learning new exercises.

So here is the challenge for tomorrow:

Pick three strength exercises in EACH in the following categories using the equipment (or none) of your choosing from the SP exercise library:

Three sets of at least 10 reps. BE SAFE!!!

Upper body (arms, shoulders, chest, neck)
Core (Abs etc)
Lower body (legs, calf)

Post for accountability, naming your exercise and how you did!
