Ok actually forgot about the Challenge yesterday :(( was out from 10 AM - 9:PM and came home and did my cardio to get the rest of my steps in.

So today - Sunday did the Saturday and Sunday Challenge today.


3 sets of 12 squats
3 sets of 12 front kicks
3 sets of 12 back kicks

Sunday March 19th

3 sets of 12 calf raises with chair
3 sets of 12 seated knee lifts with chair
3 sets of 12 T Stand This one bothered my back..so did 3 sets of Squats.

I did have an issue finding these so searched each one and found them that way.

Ok so I did the calf raises and the seated knee lifts but I had to improvise on the T stand as my sciatic could not handle that movement so I did squats instead.

3 sets of 12 of each emoticon

On your phone or tablet just go to the internet and google spark. sign in that way rather than the mobile spark app. It will be the same as a computer then.

I don't like the mobile version either...the teams are not there.

Oh me nerves.. I finally found this .. only when I logged into the main computer... was unable to find anything on my phone or my tablet :(((

I got a busy weekend with the dd birthday weekend celebrations but I'll but my best effort into it.

I actually do that move in Aqua fitness and our fearless instuctor has her hand to her ear listening for the crew to yell it out. Lol.

Ok team time to get moving! Please post each day for accountability!

Saturday March 18th

3 sets of 12 squats
3 sets of 12 front kicks

3 sets of 12 T Stand

All these can be found under the Learn, Fitness, Body weight exercises

Remember that not everyone is at the same fitness level and can do the same things. If you find that your restrictions prevents you from doing these please feel free to modify OR replace with what you can do! Just do something :)
