Good job Sam. I used to estimate way high first when I started that's why I have to use my scale. It don't take long to realize just how much more we are eating than we think I we are until we start to measure.

I'm already doing that. When I came back on board and starting tracking my food I made sure there was a new battery in my scale. Otherwise it's kind of pointless. I'm tracking every single morsel to keep it real for me. The tracker doesn't lie. Lol

TRACK your food. I mean really get back to basics...weigh everything..100 grams of meat IS a 100 g of meat etc.
