2. Take snakes and fruit where I go if none to be available
3. Make up steps during the week if I know I won't get my 10,000 in

Since this is the first month of a new year we will start with the basics! emoticon

The challenge is to track what you eat and drink and record your calorie intake in the chart below.

Everything...even if it puts you wayyy over your calories. Don't be afraid to search for foods and estimate if you are eating out or to busy to use a scale. Drinks make calories too so don't forget to log them. WATER IS 0 CALORIES! Remember portion sizes are small and estimate large!

At the end of the month you identify one major trigger area that causes you to overeat/go over your calories and think of three strategies/alternatives to use to overcome this trigger!

Just copy and paste this chart into a new message (only once) to this thread..to add your calorie intake you just hit the edit button.
