Yes that is that overview, it is labeled "7 Day Workout Plan Overview". Everything you need to get started is there. You can click on the links below each day and it will take you to the daily video you will need for that day. Hope that helps!

Saw this message (from Sarah about going to the Daily Workouts and Challenges Forum in the Swimsuit Bootcamp), and I went to the forum, but I did not see an overview. All I saw was the 7 day workout plan. Is that the overview and it is not labeled as such? I am so confused! Where do I begin?

Hi! The swimsuit bootcamp is new to me also. I have been a "sparker" for awhile now. I am a team member of bookworms, pomeranian pals,misparks, and another one I can't remember at this time. As far as this new bootcmp one, I know the exercise program starts on Monday. I guess you log in and find swimsuit bootcamp and the info should be there. Sorry I am not much help but come this Sunday, I will be in Florida visiting my daughter who is also in the sparkpeople swimsuit bootcamp. We will be doing it together for 2 weeks and then I come back here to Michigan. I do know the exercise lasts for 1 month. The other teams so far as I can tell do not offer this special exercise program , but there are exercises sparkpeople.com does have for people. Check out the main page. I am not real good with computers, but if I find out more from my daughter, I can let you know!

If you go to team page you will find all the info that you need there. Under the "Daily Workouts & Challenges Forum" there is an overview of the program. Good luck!

I am new to all of this. I just joined the swimsuit bootcamp and I am not sure what to expect or how it is done. Can anyone tell me how it works or advise me on where to look on this website for the information. Thanks and have a good day!
