Thanks for all the advice. I decided to do the videos I like most, and changing them every month to keep me challenged.

I would say do whatever keeps you motivated and interested. The worst thing is a boring workout!

Life is too short to live it on the sidelines... now I just need to get my butt off the bench!!

I agree with OUTOFCONTROL. It sounds like you have been very dedicated to your workouts, so the choice is up to you. The main thing is to remain consistent as you've been doing. Best of luck in reaching all of your health and fitness goals.

I am half considering doing the walking bootcamp in April, if I can figure out the moves and don't feel too silly in public doing them. :) For now I am doing a second month of swimsuit bootcamp.

Hi Jess, I don't think there's necessarily a "best" thing to do. It doesn't hurt to mix it up, or do whatever is most fun to you. Coach Nicole has several short workout videos other than the bootcamp workouts, and there is also the workout generator. The most important thing is to keep challenging yourself, whether it is by trying something different, adding sets, or increasing your weights.

I've been doing the bootcamp videos for a while now (4 weeks the normal bootcamp videos, and after that 4 weeks of the New You bootcamp videos). I want to change a bit now, and I was wondering what would be the best: going back to the first bootcamp videos, sticking with the new you bootcamp videos, mixing them up, or doing something else all together. Any advice is welcome!
Jess
