Split it! then on days you have the extra time do them back to back to increase your stamina, and challenge yourself...Best of luck to you!

Hi I am new. I am goin to start with the 7-day bootcamp. With cardio 5 times a week. I have one question can I do the 10 min. work outs in the morning and cardio inthe afternoon? Or do I have to do the one after the other? would like to know.
