hello all ijust joined and i am ready to loss weight i am stuck at 166 now but hopefully it wont last. my name is mandee and it is nice to see that most people on her have lost weight or reached their goal great work!!!!!!!!!

thanks for the warm welcome, everyone! I just started my exercise routine today and whew! reality check! i'm not as energized as i was years ago (duh, lol). halfway through cardio, i was desperately trying to catch my breath. but anyway, i survived the first step, (yey!) without any untoward incidents (such as fainting...that would've been embarassing, lol).

oh well, just trying to regroup and get more rest for tomorrow.


anyway, to everyone who replied to my thread and gave me such a wonderful welcome: emoticon

I also have a deskjob , but i'm trying to add activities as much as Ican(e.g. when I want to talk to any colleague I dont use the phone but I prefer walk to him, also I like to use stairs rather than the elevators)

While you a returning home pass to any park or any place that you can have a walking there and walk for 30 min. then go home .

I tried to give you some ideas , I hope it will be useful.

I've been trying to lose weight since I was twelve. But because I started with the wrong kind of plan, I've been on that indefinite weight yoyo between 112 (the slimmest I got) to 135lbs (my current weight).

Now, I'm 23, married and slowly realizing that my body was not how it used to be. The drive is still there, but the energy level is fast depleting. Add to this is my boring desk job that allows me little, if not less, activity/movement.

I want to start anew before the year ends, so my next year will be a whole new life.
