Mandy, that is a good idea. I've been doing the workouts for about 6-7 weeks now and seeing improvement. It has been slow, but I'm a lot older and have to do some of the modifications Nicole gives us.

I'm still relatively new to the site, but I was curious if there was any forum discussions for people doing July's daily challenges or for doing the 7-day bootcamp. Is there any place to converse with others doing July's challenges and to check in daily to support each other? Just wondering if we had that here or if the challenges are just more for our own personal benefit (i know all things are supposed to help us tho). Just curious :)

personally i would love to chat with people doing the dailies and see what how other people are doing on theirs for added motivation and support...
