Not only can you do it, you will begin to feel stronger & more empowered almost immediately. I love the 10m. videos..even when I want to do nothing, I can make myself do those, & then want to do more. Good luck & welcome!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

We all had to start somewhere. Start off slow and work your way up. Don't overdo it the first few times because that can discourage you. Stay connected for support and YES YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!! emoticon

You can do it. Maybe do the modified version until you feel comfortable doing it the regular or with more of a challange.

You can do it. Try doing only one set when you start. I have been an exerciser for many years but I started with one set. If you get tired or out of breath, rest. Only day 1 is cardio, the rest are sitting, standing and lying down. Start with no weights if you need to. You will do fine in the comfort of your own home. emoticon

I have foot problems, so I can't do lunges and such, but I do everything else quite easily. I march in place when she does something I can't do.

Of course you can do this! Just go at your own pace...a little is better than nothing! You'll get stronger and have more endurance as you go along!!

Yes, you can do this! As Daphne pointed out, watch the videos all the way through first, and pay attention to possible modifications you may need, and adopt them when you do the exercise.

If you learn to modify exercises, you can do anything, and work into the more difficult parts as you become more fit. Just get started where you are, and go from there! emoticon

I weigh about 35 more pounds than you and I will be sixty in a couple of weeks and I have been doing the bootcamp workouts for the last five weeks. There are a few exercises that I can't do, but Nicole gives us options to do in lieu of the more difficult ones. She is always encouraging us to go at our own pace in our own range of motion. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

It might ease your mind if you watch a video or two and see what Nicole does and then you will see that you are quite able to do it. Pretty soon you'll be doing the videos 2 times in a row!

I am at 175 pounds with a height of 5'5".I wanted to know ,am I too heavy to do this or I can do it now.
