Pretty good. I started to work out. Doing upper and lower strength training. Just starteda couple of days ago. But I also have two children that likes to swim. So sometimes I don't get a chance to work out. I can do that in the evening. But my husband does not want to go. That is when I can work out.
Great job on loosing the 5 pounds. That is great. I know how important that is. It was for me.

I am having a great evening, On last night I weighed in for the first time sine I have been on SP and I had lost 5 pounds, and I feel GREAT about that, lets me know that I have been working hard. How has your week been?

i just did the first 5 videos yesterday & wow, can I feel it today.. I'm used to doing Pilate's & Yoga with an Ab workout so, this really stepped it up for me.. I love the the workouts were only around 10 mins each. That's alt easier for me to fit them in each day!! I love the program & I'm looking forward to the workouts so, thank you to everyone that helped me find the right videos! take care emoticon

Right on. so I will add this to what I do now. I go to our local gym and do alot of upper and lower strength training, with a personal trainer just to make sure that I do what I have to do. right now it isn't to bad, but we will see the out come of it later.

Go to the site where all of teams are at and click on exercises, and look for swim suit boot camp. Click on join thas team and you should get your email daily. To be honest, I am on this site as well but I don'y have time to do the stuff that they ask of me to do. Maybe I should start doing it.

If you just want the videos, you can find them under Healthy Lifestyle then choose videos. You can claim spark points for reading the workout if you scroll down to the bottom. Towards the bottom, there is a link you can click to add the video to your workout.

If you want to do the challenge, if you scroll through the message boards for this team, you will find an email for each day with a link to the video and a challenge too.
