Hey thanks a bunch everyone ... But Beira04 that chocolate cake does taste mighty good lol.

Anyhow no worries I'm back on track, still don't think I've lost anything ...

Currently moved in with my dad, stupidly quite my job to move to yellowknife and lets just say the plan didn't work out. So I have to get him used to letting me eat how I want, he likes to fatten me up, says it makes people happier?? Just need to convince him otherwise.

He likes that I jog though emoticon

My weight was 182 as of Feb. 21, 2008.

Now i lost four pounds 178 as of April 21, 2008. My goal is to weight 135/140 i will reach my accomlishment.

Occasions like that don't come up every day of the week and you were right to Celebrate...Bigtime. Everybody is right, don't beat yourself up of feel guilty, life isn't worth living if we cannot let go during an occasion like that. Just continue now as normal. Well done again.

I felt the same way when I walk/jogged for 90 mins in 90 degree weather when I bought a Mc Flurry. That by the way I walk to go get.

Congrats on graduating! I lived near Thunder Bay one summer for work. It was really nice up there.

There's no point in feeling guilty now. All you can do is move forward. I'm sure you enjoyed yourself while you were out celebrating. Just start over again this week and get back to healthy eating and exercise.

It's a learning experience. Don't try to overcorrect by doing double exercise and eating half as much. Just start back to your program today. And next time you're in that situation and tempted to go overboard, rememeber how it feels on Monday morning!

Well I've been away since Thursday since I went back to Thunder Bay to graduate! I'm now an official College graduant! But of course with that came a weekend full of drinking beer and eating however I felt. Therefore I ate pizza, chips, beer, those sandwiches you throw in the micro-wave (500 cals a pop), plus going out for dinners without any real concious of what I ate or how much I drank.

I thought I deserved the weekend off to celebrate but now I feel tons of guilt and wish I hadn't gone so all out with my class.

Ah what to do? ??
