This is in answer to the question about adding the weight-loss tracker.

The scale you are talking about is available on your sparkpage. Click on "edit my sparkpage" then go all the way to the bottom of it to set up the scale. You pick what you want it to look like from several options. Then go back to the top of the edit page and click on "save changes". Now, it knows what your weight (or pounds lost) is from the weight tracker. To set that up, click on "start" (in My Tool) at the top left of any page. On the left side you will see nutrition, fitness, and weigh-in. Click on "weigh-in" and put in the information. It automatically transfers to your scale.

I hope that helps.

Trying to keep it going this month, but so busy this week. Had to do 5 workouts in one day! Not doing the challenges this week, no time. But I am getting in my 45 minute hike every day. Next week should be better, especially as of next Fri. when the kids are out for summer!

I tried to do the bootcamp in May & had a hard time keeping up. I am trying to continue with it this month. I want to see a scale for me like I view for others & do not know how to do it. I am not one of you "young" members & am computer challenged to say the least. I'll keep trying. emoticon

I too am glad that it is continuing. I lack motivation a lot. I have fibromyalgia and when I get tired I junk it all. I don't necessarily over eat, I just pass on the exercise. I hate myself later as I want to lose the weight and hope that with continued exercise I'll not be as fatigued as I feel most days.

I agree, I actually enjoy doing two at a time. Sometimes it is hard to keep motivated and it is soooo much easier to watch a show or take a cat nap, but that's why we're here, to keep each other on track!
PS how do you post those "weight lost" trackers, I cannot figure it out!

1JULES, I noticed that sometimes they don't show if you have the page already open but they have registered. If you change to a different day and then go back, refresh the page, etc. it shows then. I have had this happen several times, and that may be what happened to you.

Well. I am on all three, lol, anyway, just do what you can. I think the idea of doing one set of either the videos or the exercises here is a good one. I am trying to do both but I am really out of shape and need to work on returning to shape, I figured both would push me harder than when I did the orginial boot camp the first go round.

I think you should choose THIS team! LOL ;-)

You are right though, not a good idea to work the same muscle group two days in a row.

Maybe you could split the challenges? Like do Nicoles Bootcamp videos on one team & the bonus challenges on another? or just choose the one that best fits your schedule/needs/personality/style.

I am sure it is going to be a great workout where-ever it is done!

SparkPeopleOfficalBootCamp did run from May4-May31,2008. This is a continuation because so many people wanted it to continue. I don't know if it's the same as the June/July Challenge Team or not. Maybe someone else knows.

I only made it through the first 2 weeks of the May boot campt due to a car accident. So I am trying it again this month. My doctor hasn't said it was ok to exercise yet, but I hope to hear good news Wednesday. Until I can get back into the strength training, I will do 30 minutues of walking everyday.

I cannot wait to be able to do the entire boot camp!

Naked in the mirror is truly scary! I've come a long way, but I still have some muffin top to lose. Count me in too!

I'm so psyched about this. For me to be successful, I have to establish a routine......so, every afternoon when I get home - FIRST THING - I'm gonna do my Bootcamp stuff.
Thanks to all for doing this again. I somehow missed out the first go around. My last few pounds just will not come off.

That standing in front of the mirror naked is a scary thing! Being down 24 pounds from about 4 years ago has become a little less scary. I still have a little way to go. These last few pounds don't give up easy!

I had great results too, and am continuing. But, I had to force myself each day. One thing I did was stand with no clothes on in front of the mirror, and asked, what was more important changing what I was looking at or that fried food I wanted, or skipping the exercise planned for the day, guess what won!

Wow, I am thrilled this group in being continued...

Last month I had a hard time catching up, finally did, but the last two weeks my schedule has been so hectic that even when I have been able to exercise and track calories I have not been able to log on. I feel like I have been letting myself down but I know I haven't really. It has just been a hard time for me, I have been trying so hard to get below 140 and keep missing it. I need to find a way to refocus and recommit to getting to where I want to be.

So I am going to try to start today, get down to putting in the exercise time, continuing to watch what I eat and reaching a positive outlook on what I can do this month. Not focusing on what could have been last month. I have a two week beach vacation planned in July and I really REALLY want to look better than I do.

I hope there are others out there joining me to reignite the drive to feel better and get healthier!
