Your Daily Challenge (optional) is to make sure that you're getting enough calories to support the amount of exercise that you do. To make sure that you're eating within the right calorie range, go to your start page and under "My Goals" click beside your calories burned goal. Make sure that your calories burned goal accurately reflects the amount of calories you usually burn in a week. If it doesn't, change the number and SP will adjust your calorie range if necessary. Sometimes when our weight loss plateaus it might actually be because we're not eating enough to support the demands being placed on our bodies through exercise. If you've recently increased the duration of your workouts it is especially important to make sure you're eating within the right calorie range.
