I have way too much sodium and cholesterol in my diet.

I need more fruits and veggies.

My snack choices have been pretty healthy.

I'm doing a really good job at watching the fat and calories, just picking or preparing foods that are high in sodium and cholesterol.

I still have a positive attitude and feel empowered now that I have this information to work on!

Your Daily Challenge for Tuesday July 22 (optional) is to review your food and exercise logs and identify one thing you're doing right and one thing that could be improved. Perfection is not necessary for success or progress, but sometimes a little tweak to the program can produce big results. Sometimes we get in a rut or bad habit without realizing it. For example, I found myself finishing the last few bites out of the serving bowl, or grabbing a handful of potato chips without logging it. I couldn't figure out why I wasn't losing weight, but as soon as I identified and managed these bad habits, I was back on track.
