I was shocked when I did all three tests. I scored in the good range. I am very happy about this because I didn't think I was that inshape

I did it, and was pleasantly surprised! You see, I'm 50, and very overweight, but I scored in the "good" to "excellent" level on all three tests! Add to this that I have some diseases, I consider it a pat on the back!

Working on this- LOL had a Bilat mastectomy and reconstruction involving my abds- so I don't think this test is very accurate for me- but I got in 18 pushups with is at the upper edge of average and my sit ups the same, third one is better... we need an alternate masectomy test...Sharno
