Ok, I've tried this challenge and almost threw out! Need a LOT more effort!

Long-term goal: I want to lose 50kgs before I turn 50.

Your Daily Challenge (optional) is to admire yourself. Clothing is optional, but you'll get a better view nude. Take a good look in the mirror and notice all the positive changes resulting from your hard work. Flex your muscles and pat yourself on the back. Compliment yourself on your favorite features. If you have trouble with this, or you're just starting and haven't seen results yet, try to find a few things that you really like about your appearance and don't beat yourself up over the parts you'd like to change.
