Go to Health Lifestyle heading, when you get the drop down bar Videos are listed on the bottom. Click on it and scroll down and pick the video you want.

Dear Lord
Grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway.
The good fortune to run into the ones that I do and the eyesight to tell the difference.

Welcome to a new month! Congrats to all who completed Bootcamp in June. If you're new to the team or are recommitting, the beginning of a new month is a great time to make a fresh start.

For the rest of the summer we will be doing things a bit differently. We will still be sending out daily challenges, but we will no longer be including the links to the workouts. For those who wish to, you can follow Coach Nicole's workout schedule which can be found in the "Daily Workouts & Challenges Forum" in the post titled "7 Day Workout Plan Overview". The links to all the videos can be found there as well as in the Workout Videos section under fitness on the Healthy Lifestyle tab at the top of your screen. Hopefully everyone will find it easier to keep up with Bootcamp this way, and won't feel as if they've fallen too far behind to continue.

Your Daily Challenge (optional) is to come up with a list of goals for the month of July. Most of us have long term goals, but by breaking things down into smaller monthly goals it often makes things less overwhelming. It's also a great way to keep ourselves on track. I always find it helpful to list my monthly goals on my SparkPage so that I can refer back to them often. I also feel like it keeps me more accountable if it's out there for everyone to see. If you don't want to list them there you can record them on a piece of paper, in a blog, your day planner, etc and keep them handy so that you can review them throughout the month.
