I was tired after yard work today. I did not feel like working out. I went for a light walk, looking at neighbor's yards and sitting at a local park.

When i came home i thought i should do the 10 minute boot camp cardio. After that, i had energy and did some stretches and some arm toning. it was a great day for me.
