In addition to the video you should also do 30 minutes cardio of your choice.

Your Bonus Challenge for Day 18 (optional) is to come up with a list of things you like about yourself. These donít have to be just physical characteristics, but they can also be other qualities. Often when weíre trying to lose weight we tend to focus too much on the things we donít like about ourselves instead of celebrating the positives. So make a list of what you do like and whenever youíre having a bad day or getting frustrated with the scale, you can pull out your list, and be reminded that itís not all bad.
