I do whatever I can, when I can and just make sure I make all the requirements for the week. It works for me!

i dont remember reading that it was starting from a monday , my mistake! but i am going with the old schedule easier to remember.

No there wasn't a mistake. Jillian explained it perfectly. Because we started on a Monday everything has been shifted. Tomorrow is Day 6 and requires an extra 30 minutes of cardio. Day 2, 3,4,5 & 6 are the extra cardio days. You can switch the cardio days around though and do it whenever it fits your schedule though.

I think what we do this week is:
Day 1 - 10 minute cardio
Days 2-6, 30 minutes of cardio (= 5 days of 30 minute of cardio, but up to day 6) and then day 7 we do just our bootcamp core video, no cardio.

Then we start back on Day 1 with the 10 minute cardio (on Monday)

I think the cardio part was mistakenly left in the email from the weekday posts. The cardio requirements is 30 minutes, 5 days a week. We did restart on Monday, so all the workouts are shifted one day. But it's perfectly fine to change the days if you prefer it the other way.

When it restarted, It started on a monday. Maybe we are trying for 6 days of cardio.

Day 6 & 7 Workouts for Sat June 7 & Sun June 8 is what was in my sparkmail but dont we do day 6 video always on friday and video 7 on saturday, and no additional cardio either....? so it would be day 6 today w/cardio and day 7 tommorrow no cardio and back to day 1 video on sunday?
