In addition to the video you should also do 30 minutes cardio of your choice.

Your Bonus Challenge for Day 6 (optional) is to stay within your calorie range. Weekends are often hard and where people tend to go astray. You donít want to ruin the progress you have made during the week by indulging on the weekend. Thatís not to say you canít enjoy a treat or two, just make it work within your calorie range!
