Same thing daily. Hmmm

I got a WATP dvd and I love it. I have 7 other dvd work outs that I like too. If I get tired of the WATP I can work out with one of the others.

I have done my cardio for the week. Most of the bonuses I got done too.

Todays bonus means that I have to eat more. So off to try to stay in my calorie range. I wonder if I can accomplish that one.

I hate doing the same thing day in and day out, so I mix it up. I have my bike, punching bag (heavy bag, the grandsons get a kick out of grandma boxing), gardens (lots of them), aquatics, walking, curves at home workout, stepper, weight bench, videos, treadmill, stationary bike, etc. I turned my furnace room into a fitness/sewing room. It ain't pretty but I love it.

My weight was 182 as of Feb. 21, 2008.

Now i lost four pounds 178 as of April 21, 2008. My goal is to weight 135/140 i will reach my accomlishment.

Wednesday 6/4: Day 2 Bootcamp

I have to catchup i just started Wednesday. I will attend BOOTCAMP for the month of June and at the end will give my results. emoticon

Monday, 6/2: 1 hour fitness boot camp (outdoors)

Tuesday, 6/3: nothing...I was sick :(

Wednesday 6/4: 1 hour fitness boot camp (we did kick boxing and it was AWESOME)

Thursday 6/5: Boot camp canceled due to thunderstorms. :(

Friday 6/6: 1 hour boot camp will include a 1 mile jog/run, push-ups and plank hold among other things.

Saturday 6/7: 1 hour boot camp (make up session for Thursdays bad weather)

After the Saturday make-up session, that will be the end of my month-long five days per week for an hour a day fitness boot camp. I will weigh in that day (haven't weighed in for the entire month, so I'm nervous) and will also take measurements. Wish me luck! :)

I get on my eliptical for 55 min. and burn 450 cal. working up to resistance level 8. While I workout I listen to an IPOD, watch t.v. or play a video game.
