(This is the Day 6 workout video, because we repeat the 7-day workout plan each week during Bootcamp.) Also do 30 minutes cardio of your choice today as well.

Your Bonus Challenge for Friday (optional) is to cook dinner at home. Often, people dine out more (and fall "off the wagon" of their healthy eating plans) over the weekend. So why not start your weekend with a healthy home-cooked meal? Make it fun by getting the kids involved or inviting over some company! Another bonus to cooking at home is that you know EXACTLY what you're eating, and people who cook and eat at home are more likely to consume fewer calories and more nutrients, fiber, fruits and veggies.
