(This is the Day 3 workout video, because we repeat the 7-day workout plan each week during Bootcamp.) Also do 30 minutes cardio of your choice today as well.

Your Bonus Challenge for Tuesday (optional) is to fill up on fiber. This is an important nutrient found in many plant foods like fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Fiber is slow to digest, so it keeps you full longer, and also helps prevent spikes and lows in energy levels so you can stay on an even keel. Most people need between 25 and 35 grams of fiber each day, and you can add it to your Nutrition Tracker to see how well you're doing. Do your best to meet your goal, but don't overdo it. Too much fiber IS a bad thing. Check out this article for more info on fiber and how to get it.
