Still making good progress with keeping up with my workout routines that I challenged myself with for December. Patting myself on the back. :-) I hope you all are doing well too. We'll wrap up this year with a bang.

I'm doing okay so far on my personal challenge/goal for the month. I've completed 3 full-body ball & band workouts the first week & one so far 2nd week.

That's a great resolution and challenge.

I need to plan to do my SP strength training program 2 times a week. I tend to stick to my cardio work-outs but then get lazy about strength training and skip it.

MUST DO BETTER!

Hard to believe that December is here and it's time to start planning to accomplish things we want to do by the year's end. With that in mind, I ask everyone to take a look at your workout routines over the past couple of months and think about what you might want to challenge yourself to accomplish in December. It can be anything...increasing the intensity of your cardio, adding more strength training into your regimen, dusting off that exercise ball, etc. If you're looking for someone to help keep you accountable, I'm happy to help with that. Just post what your plans are and we'll go from there.

My December personal challenge is to do a full body workout using ball & band at least 2 days per week. I've gotten in a lot of band work the past couple of months thanks to the EA Sports Active 'game'; but not a lot of ball use so I want to get back to using that regularly. To keep myself accountable, I'll post my progress in this thread.

Enjoy December & here's to being a bit more fit for these holidays!
