Did 2 EA Active workouts today...feels so good. Also 1 1/2 hrs on Wii fit.

Behind on my EA Active workouts; but getting lots of Wii Fit Plus exercise in. Should be able to do an Active workout tomorrow, also planning to be out on a farm and doing some extra walking if the weather cooperates.

Working on my 2nd 30-day Active challenge as planned. Also did a couple hours of raking leaves and other yard cleanup for some variety.

Completed my first 30-day challenge on Active yesterday. Today's a day of rest from that anyway & I'll start up the next 30-day challenge (per my goal challenge) tomorrow.

I plan on keeping myself so busy that I don't have time to snack unnecessarily. I've added a seasonal part time job along with my regular job and working for my Jazzercise classes.

November - You Name it Challenge

In preparation for the holiday season, many of us set some new workout goals to help ensure we fight against any extra holiday poundage jumping onto us. How about you? What will you do to keep your good habits going (or improving) this month? I challenge you to challenge yourself & let us know what you will do in November to perhaps kick it up a notch. Report in periodically to let us know how you are progressing...nothing like posting goals and progress to make you accountable.

Me? I plan to do my 2nd Wii EA Active 30-day challenge this month. I am just finishing the first one & felt it was a good workout so will turn it up a notch and do another one in November with a bit longer duration & more reps. I will continue with my other exercises as usual; but think this Active challenge is the main change I'll make this month.
