Wednesday and Thursday - 1/2 c. 7 Grain Oatmeal made with water and 3 tsp. of Brown Sugar.

Friday - 1 c. Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal w/ 1/2 c. vanilla soy milk and an apple.

Monday - 1 c. Fiber One Raisin Bran w/ 1/2 c. vanilla soy milk

Tuesday - 1/2 c. 7 Grain Oatmeal made with water and 2 tsp. of Brown Sugar. It didn't stick with me long so within an hour I had to snack on some Special K crackers.

I used to skip breakfast (before my SP journey that is); but not anymore. Most days I do a cereal & fruit. We frequently go out on either Sat or Sun morning and then I usually have an egg & turkey sausage.

Monday was:

Raisin Bran Crunch
Skim milk
Banana
2 slices of turkey bacon -- decided needed more protein this morning.

I tend to alternate between toast w/sugarfree jelly and a piece of fruit or oatmeal prepared with water w/ a cup of fruit on top or Special K protein plus cereal with fruit and 1/3 cup of 2% milk.

I used to hate breakfast, but now I am religious about it but not very flamboyant with it. Mon-Fri its Fiber One Raisin Bran or Honey Clusters with vanilla soy milk, Saturday is oatmeal made with water and sprinkled with a tablespoon of brown sugar. Sunday is the only unknown, but I'd have the 100 calorie cinnamon pancakes every Sunday if my daughter would make them for. They are soooooo good.
