Today's EOTD is Standing Chest Flys on Cable Cross Machine. No machine for me so I will do chest flys on the ball.

Since Sunday's EOTD calls for one of the gym machines (& I don't go to gyms), I'll be substituting it with other exercises that work the same muscles, triceps.

Sat. EOTD was Slow Swimming on Ball. That's a nice easy thing to start out doing. Then hopefully you'll move on to even more exercising.

Today's EOTD is the Side Mermaid Stretch. How easy can we get? I will include this as part of my stretching after a strength workout today. Planning to do the 40 min Bikini Workout; it's been a while since I did that so time to get back in the habit.

I did 2 sets of the triceps stretch EOTD yesterday, as part of both warm-up and cool-down.

Since today's EOTD uses a machine I don't have access to, I am substituting with the Single Leg Hip Flexion with Band.

Thank you. I have been absent from this team for quite a few weeks, but I have not been absent from Spark. In fact, I'm ramping up for another stretch of training for a fall 1/2 marathon.

I just want you to know I for one am glad you keep posting. I always know where to come looking when I need a workout to liven things up when the training starts to get stale.

Your efforts do not go unnoticed or unappreciated.

I plan to close out the month by doing the SP exercise of the day again. I like doing this to force a little variety in my routine & often go on to do more of the SP demos or videos, so it's a good thing.

I kind of hate being repetitive like this in the challenges since I did the same thing last month. But, since I may be the only one doing them anyway, I figure it's okay.

Please do let me know if you have any challenge suggestions that you would like to see and would participate in. I'll keep trying to keep a challenge active here so there is something to do if you are looking for it.
