Jul 8 = One-Arm Side Pushups

Any pushup is difficult for me. I'm sure that means I should do them more often so that I build that strength; but, I have trouble keeping with that plan. At least this is one day where I did some pushups for this challenge. Will see what tomorrow brings.

If you don't have access to the machine, pick a good substitute that also exercises your biceps.

Jul 1-10 Exercise Challenge

Let's start off July by following the SparkPeople exercise of the day suggestions. To make it a tiny bit more involved, you should pick another exercise of your choice that works the same muscles and do that also. It's easy to find a good companion exercise by browsing through SPs exercise list and demos.
