Yikes! Can't believe I let a week go by without posting in this thread. Maybe that's because I have not done well with my Bikini Workout goal this past week. I've gotten in a good amount of exercise; but it's not been as targeted as I need. So, I vow to get back to this focus starting today. Should be able to do the intermediate / 40 min workout a bit later this afternoon.

Anyone else working out along with me? I think you all might be out there silently exercising away & getting more fit and trim by the minute! I certainly wish that for you.

Did plenty of cardio Mon & Tues. Should have done the strength training today too but didn't. Goal is to do on Wed. now.

On Friday did about 1/2 the strength exercises -- spent hours & hours doing heavy duty housecleaning.

Sunday did full 40 min workout plan plus over an hour of Wii Fit.

Today was another cardio day & I did a little over an hour on Wii Fit for light aerobics and a good amount of house cleaning. Tomorrow I should be doing the strength workout again.

I want to pick back up with Bikini Workout that we were doing a few weeks ago. Back then, I did the 30 minute / beginner version of the strength exercises; this time, I'll start up with the 40 minute / intermediate version. I'm hoping you will join me in it for the rest of this month.

What's required?

emoticon 3-4 days of 45 mins cardio

emoticon 2-3 days following one of the three full-body srength workouts
