C'mon, team. Let's finish out May on a strong note. Sunday's exercise = Assisted Pull-up Machine

No such machine around for you? Try doing an old-fashioned pull-up on anything handy and sturdy. If that's not possible, then it's Dumbbell Pullovers for you.

For those (like me) who do not have access to such a machine, I suggest doing the Dumbbell chest flys on ball.

No ball? Then I'll trust you to find a suitable substitute. :-)

Thurs = Child's Pose, a nice easy stretch

I did Wed's calf rocking while outside...was nice. And I just now did the child's pose. Figured I'd get that one in before going to bed since it's a few past midnight. :-)

Tues Ex. of the Day:

Standing Advanced Forward Bend

Surely, we'll all do some good workout first & then use this as a post-exercise stretch. That's my plan; back to report on that plan later. :-)

I enjoy keeping variety in my workout plan these days & the SparkPeople exercise of the day really helps me to do that. So, I thought we could do that again until the end of May.

Your challenge is to do at least one round of the exercise of the day. You should usually see it on the right side of your screen and I will try to post it into this thread in case you do not see it or if you do them a day late or something.

I hope you'll join me in this. Good luck!
