Fri & Sat I'll claim my yardwork as cardio. Lots of work in the hot sun, mulching flower beds, pulling weeds, etc. Some extra light cardio on Wii Fit Sat. plus a little stationary bike.

Wed: More walking around conference (not exactly exercise as was more standing than walking). Did a couple different SP videos and marched/jogged in place a while again.

Mon: Mixed it up by putting in about 20 mins of fast walking through a couple airports. Then in my hotel room, did 2 sets of SP kickboxing video and then 20 mins marching in place.

Tomorrow will be lots of walking around conference. Will have to find something additional.

Sun: Cardio in form of 30 mins My Fitness Coach with cardio & lower body emphasis; 20 mins Free Run on Wii Fit, 24 mins Steps. Also did a # of strength exercises.

For this week's challenge, you can do the cardio workouts of your choice; but want you to try to mix them up. It's easy to get into a rut sometimes, so we'll focus on variety in what we do. Each day you workout this week, change up your cardio exercise somewhat.

Whether you run, jog, walk, follow SP cardio videos, use elliptical or treadmill, Wii Fit or other fitness "games", try to mix it up and maybe even try something completely new or incorporate intervals training into your routine.

Keep active, keep healthy, keep moving and keep changing it up!
