Hi BECCALYNN75. Glad to hear you've kept moving with those walks!

Thurs was a bad exercise day for me -- meaning I didn't do hardly anything. So I did the Thurs challenge video on Fri. & I swear I'll do Fri's tomorrow to catch up.

I'm glad it's Friday but that also means this week is almost over and I've totally missed the challenge. I have walked 3 or 4 days so I did get in some exercise. I'll try again next week. I hope you all did well with the challenge this week.

emoticon Finished with my workout for today. I did these squats plus 30 mins My Fitness Coach (I could barely keep up today) and 35 mins Wii Fit for light work.

M (Sun.)= Mother, may I rest today?
I was visiting my Mom in Nashville this weekend and on Sunday we took a walk to the park behind her house.

LOL - I did better on the first day of this change and I hadn't even read the challenge when I did it! But maybe that's the start of a great week!

Your dog walk sounds great.

M (Sun.)= Mother, may I rest today? .... I spent most of the day at my Mom's and that was great & restful too. Back home tonight though I decided to workout. Did today's Swimsuit 10 min kickboxing video and then 30 mins My Fitness Coach cardio.

I did mostly rest today. I took my dogs for a walk, but that's just a nice, fun, relaxing thing to do. So Ahhhhh a nice REST!

Challenge for May 10-16 Mom is Spicy

My Mom liked to say 'variety is the spice of life' -- especially she would say that when convincing me to do something I didn't want to do. :-) Today, it is only fitting that Mom provides the inspiration for this week's challenge which is designed to help put a little extra variety into our routines.

I've picked a different exercise or SP video for each day this week, the first letter of which spells out Mom's Day.

M (Sun.)= Mother, may I rest today? Yes. Take today as a day of rest and honor the women in your life (including yourself). If you plan to workout, put in some good cardio for your heart health

O (Mon.) = One-arm dumbbell rows & open (not closed) arm wall pushups

M (Tue.) = Modified plank & modified side plank

S (Wed.) = Squats & Skater Squats

D (Thu.) = Desk Workout
