Friday = Leg Lifts with Ball. They show this using a bench. I do not have a bench and do this one by having my hands on the floor in front of the ball and then do the leg lifts.

Just checking in! I've been MIA the past few days. I haven't been following this challenge but have managed to get in a few walks.

My 11 year old niece/walking partner really showed me up yesterday. We were going up the last hill to get back home and I'm giving us both the "We can do this, push thru" speech because I'm really feeling it in my legs. And that little stink takes off sprinting up the rest of the hill!

Sorry I haven't kept up with the posting but I managed to do Sunday-Tuesday's exercise of the day, plus all 4 of the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp videos tonight in addition to another 60 minute installment of Gilad's Sculpt tonight. The kickboxing vid was the only one I managed to break a sweat on. I didn't care for this Gilad video nearly as much as his Core and More I did the other day. And last night's cardio was 81 minutes of hills on the treadmill. It was like 74 degrees in the house and I could have wrung the sweat out of my sports bra, but at least I know I had a workout, whew! Tomorrow night will be another kickboxing round at the gym. I think it will be my regular wednesday workout. It's only $5 per session. I did have to buy a yoga mat, though. The last 10 minutes is all ab work and it just about kills me. I'm so sweaty that I kinda slide on the floor doing some of the moves. Hopefully the mat will keep me in one place, LOL!

Think highly of yourself because the world takes you at your estimate.

May 2-9: Exercise of the Day Challenge

Although I plan to continue with the Bikini Workout for a few more weeks, I figured you all might like something different this week. You can easily fit this challenge's requirements into your existing routines.

Let's just do the SparkPeople Exercise of the Day each day. Do at least the minimum sets/reps they suggest. If you're feeling energetic, do it 2x per day.
