Remember if you don't have dumbbells, you can use canned goods, bottles of water, books, etc.

:-) I know what you mean about finding things or time to do exercises while at work. But maybe you can add in a couple workplace friendly items for us from time-to-time. Maybe a 10 min walk at lunchtime or walking 5 flights of stairs. Anything to keep us moving. :-)

Is anyone up for trying another type of exercise challenge / game? I participate in one like this from time to time in another team and always enjoy it so I thought we might try it here. Here's how it goes:

I'll start it off by posting an exercise that I've done today & challenge the next person to do the same. That next person does my exercise and then posts a different one for the following person to do, and so on and so on.

Exercise guidelines:
- try to keep them something people can do in 5-15 minutes
- don't require any fancy equipment or gym visit
- using a ball, band or weights is fine as people can usually do a version of that exercise without the device if they don't have it

So let's start & we can modify guidelines if needed as we go along and see what works for us. I will create a separate post or 2 (imagining that I'm replying to a previous one)to kick things off and give the format we can use.
