Hey there!
It was kinda hard for me to cut out the soda too, but I have found that the more water I drink, the less I want anything but...
We even went out to dinner the other night and I asked for water... nothing else appealed to me.
PLUS I found the more water I drink, the more thirsty I am through out the day. Thus, drinking more water... Weird but true. Before I could go all day with out water. Sick to think of now!

Welcome Pamela :) I too have started getting rid of the diet soda and drinking more water. I took a bottle of water to the gym with me today which really helped my workout. I agree about watching the calories to see about that last snack... You're doing really great it sounds to me. :)

I am definitely a fan of this!

I was able to stay within the guidelines with only going over in a fat category on one day!

It's really nice to have handy because then I can determine if I can have that one extra snack after dinner.

Now - I really need to work on my fluid intake! I heard that you should never drink more than 32 oz of diet pop a day, so I've done that the last two days!

I am trying with the water!!!
