I take a womens multi with iron in it. Had a brief anemia thing which got better after I started taking this so I figure it works. Also a glucosamine/chond/msm and calcium. I plan to add omega 3 as I know I don't get enough.

I take Omega 3, Premium Blend Alfalfa, Vitamin D3 and a sublingual B12. Also CellFood.

I have a TON of energy, my skin, hair and nails are looking awesome, everybody around me is sick, but I'm going strong.

My goal is to be fit, healthy and fabulous by my 50th birthday in November.

My ticker is reflecting my INCH loss, not pounds...

I take a pharmaceutical grade compliment of vitamins. Multi-vitamin, calcium, and Omega 3s. Unless you eat two servings of fish a day, you're probably not getting your Omega 3s.

Taking cheap over the counter vitamins can be worthless. I've some research on this. If your vitamins aren't bioavailable, they don't survive the acid in your stomach. You're throwing money down the drain. Finding a vitamin I found confidence in was very confusing to me, because what do you take to ensure you get what you need. I was so confused for years that I didn't take anything. I don't want to pour money down the drain.

The B-12 shots are good if you have a B-12 deficiency. If you don't, then they are a waste of money. Typically, vegetarians have a B-12 deficiency.

HULAGIRL do research valerian before taking it. It is very addicting. My aunt developed great dependency on it. Not herbs are necessarily safe.

I take a multi-vitamin with minerals (twin-lab) and coQ10. I went to the Dr. yesterday and asked her recommend on vitamin D. I have been hearing Dr.Oz tout it also. She recommended 800IU so I am going to get another supplement of vitamin D since there is only 400IU in my multi-vitamin. I also take melatonin to help me sleep. Dr. Oz seems to really like Valerian for relaxation so I might add that. I have to research it a bit.

I use the nutrition tracker to determine if I need to take a multivitamin and/or calcium supplement. Aside from that, I take a fish oil capsule (yuck!)

I take Occuvite; it's a multivitamin with supplements for eye health. I don't take it as often as I should but I also take a calcium supplement. My doctor recommended Citracal. I think he believes that the calcium in Citracal, calcium citrate, is better than the calcium in other supplements.

I simply take an otc woman's vitamin supplement each day. Someone in my office said he takes a B12 supplement. It got me to thinking - what do you all take and how does it benefit you?
