Hi I am a new member to this group and would like to try it out. Like everyone else on here, I am on here to eat right & loose those extra pounds.

thanks for the info on my reports. I will check it out since I have been pretty consistent with my nutrition tracking.

This week's challenge has 2 parts: My Reports & Planner

~REPORTS~

Here's how to get there:
Mouse over the words MY TOOLS in the orange toolbar at the top of the page. Click MY REPORTS from the drop-down list.

You'll see four areas: Nutrition, Fitness, Weight, Other Goals. Click around and see what shows. Notice you can adjust to show just the last day(s), week(s), etc.

A few things to consider: These are only as useful as the data you enter. The more nutrients you track, the more info you'll get. If you don't use the nutrition tracker or fitness tracker, if you don't record your weight here, if you haven't set up much in other goals or don't track there, you won't see much.

Secondly, if you're not fairly consistent in your tracking, these reports won't be as useful. There IS a way to erase everything you've tracked and start over. Be sure that's what you want to do before you do it... then go to your START page and click those tiny right words "account/email preferences" in the upper left of the page. The option to RESET TRACKERS is there. Or you can set your reports to show just the last few days or week and start tracking now.

~PLANNER~

Did you know... that you can earn one SparkPoint per day for scheduling an event? Most people probably don't use this as their primary computer planner, but consider using it to remind you of Spark things like blogging, posting to your teams, or whatever. You'll get an email reminding you.

The right half of the page says "journal". This has changed over time, but now appears to be just another way to get to your blog ... a little quicker than waiting for your SparkPage to load and clicking "add a blog entry".

Click the buttons, explore, and whether you use these features seldom, often, or never ... at least you know they're there!
