Some of my goals are to:

1. walk 3.5 miles 3x per week.
2. go to gym 3x per week
3. eat more fruit and veggies

My goals are: avoiding pop (even diet) and add an additional 20 minute to my usual 30 of cardio.

I have get enough sleep, take my omega oil, go for a walk, post here, do 25 minutes of housework and 2 hours of study.

My goals are to track nutrition and fitness, keep a journal (important for me because it helps me determine my migraine triggers). Recently added a SAHM SparkTeam Goal. Also, I rencently added watching my food portions and no procrastinating.

My other goals:

Eat 2 veggies/day
Share my goals with one other person
Stretch (I have physical therapy exercises I should do, but don't do often enough!)

I just added a Sleep goal to that list on Wednesday.

We have save money, drink water, get enough sleep, thinking about being vegan, read a book about vegan, and get exercise. We are on a team where we have Team Goals and we are doing those and we like them as they are helping us. We also have playtime with Niriki every day as a goal so we don't get too busy and forget that he is just a little boy and needs to play. Patricia emoticon

Some of my other goals are to get 8 hours of sleep each day, no alcohol in my diet for at least 3 days out of the week, and stretch each day. Keep up the good work everyone!!

How about joining a team goal or goals --- here and/or on other SparkTeams you may be on? You can track them all from your "Other Goals" page, and not only help yourself but help and inspire your teams, too!

Just a few of my Other Goals:
Drink 8 cups of water per day
Walk 10,000 steps per day
Get 8 hours of sleep per day
Save 1 dollars per day

This weekend's challenge is to explore OTHER GOALS - this can be found under MY TOOLS (beside fitness tab).

Click on "add/remove goals" to modify your goals. There is now something called Sparkpeople Special Goals so check that out.

Some of my everyday goals are to:
Eat a high fiber/high protein breakfast daily
Get 10min of cardio daily
Listen to a get-up-and-go song daily.
