thank you... there is just so much to absorb... getting into a regular fitness routine is going to challenge me, especially on days I can't make it to water aerobics, which, I hope, are few. I think I will try some exercises I used to do years ago, for arms, waist, stomach,etc...

If you go under your fitness section and search water aerobics. When I did it I found water aerobics, when I entered 30 mins it showed 192 calories burned.
I would think all you have to do for the days you work with weights is find an exercise very similar to what you are doing in the strength section and count that one. I hope that helps.

I am at odds trying to document my fitness and calories burned in my fitness. To better keep track of where I am I need to see how many calories I am burning and what I need to do. I am in a water aerobics group that includes weights on three of the days, Mon, Weds, Fri, and I want to put that in my cardio and strength programs...Not sure how to do this.
