HAHA! I love that page. I love checklists - I think Spark made this page with me in mind. I'm posting here to get my points!

You CAN do it!

Current short term goal: Into ONE-derland by the end of August! YES! *** ACHIEVED! Aug. 11, 2008 ***

New Goal: 190 lbs by September 30. Update on this goal, Sept. 2/08 - Current weight: 195.6 lbs. Only 5.6 lbs to go to my September goal!
*** Didn't make it to 190, but got done to 193.7! YES!

New Goal: 188 lbs by October 31, that's 5.7 lbs to lose in 1 month.

Today's Challenge is to visit your My SparkPoints page and maximize your points for the day.

How to get there...
Look up for the red toolbar. Mouse over MY TOOLS and click on the bottom option, MY SPARKPOINTS.

Look at your points page. There are four sections:
1. Daily SparkPoint Challenges.
You probably know about some, maybe most, of these. Do as many as you can! Try one you've been ignoring for awhile or haven't tried yet.

2. One-time Challenges
Have you done all of these? Not sure what something is? Click the info button in the far left column. Want to do a one-time challenge? Click the action link in the far right column!

3. 1-2-3 Diet Stage Challenges
These relate to which stage of the Spark Diet you're in. Are you getting the most out of those stages? Really doing the action steps and reading the info you're sent? Here's your chance!

4. Bonus/Milestone Challenges

What can you try today to boost your SparkPoints and your journey? What can you learn? Let us know! You're on your way to your next SparkPoints trophy!
